I am new in my position as Membership Director of a private
country club. I have some sales and marketing experience,
but in a different industry. How will this book help me?
A: This “how-to” guide will
help you completely set up and organize your Membership
Office, develop a marketing plan full of lead generating
programs plus walk you through the entire sales process
for private club memberships.
Q: Our membership policy is “Membership
By Invitation Only”. We do very little outside marketing
and don’t have a very large budget to work with.
How will your product help us?
A:
You do not have to spend a lot of money in club marketing
to be successful. You will learn many internal programs,
incentives and concepts that won’t jeopardize your
MBIO status.
Q:
Are you available to come to my club to interview, hire
and train a new Membership Director as well as develop
a marketing plan and budget tailored to my club?
A:
Yes, but I do limit the number of clubs I personally work
with each year so you get me one on one versus one of
my staff that may or may not have the experience or expertise
that I have. Plus – If I do work for you from a
consulting standpoint, my compensation will be almost
entirely performance-based. I am paid when you are selling
memberships and meeting and exceeding your goals.
Q:
We are a club management company with locations all over
the world. Do we get a discount if we order multiple copies?
A:
Absolutely! Order five or more books and receive a 20%
discount.
